1-1 Coaching - high tier (weekly check ins)
£150 per month
Fed up of joining programmes or apps that you just don’t use? This coaching service is nothing like a generic app workout. It is a programme designed just for you, taking into account your personal goals, exercise and nutrition history and will be tailored to the time and equipment you have available. All of this is conveniently programmed on an easy to use app with everything in one place from your programme to your nutrition. This could be from home or gym tailor nutrition advice to you so it could be a macro plan and tracking in the app, or it could be that isn’t right for you and we take a different approach. . You have weekly check ins via the app and I do the check in via whatsapp which majority of my clients voted is best as you can access the feedback very easily and we can chat on their. This is a very personal service which gets the very best results.
1-1 coaching - middler tier (monthly check ins)
£80 per month
This programme is identical to the previous in terms of having a personalised programme and nutrition, all conveniently on a very easy to use app. However, I have designed this with a lower budget in mind so it is with a monthly check in rather than weekly to ensure price is kept down but you still have access to a top tier programme designed just for you, not a generic app programme.
For this programme you can still contact me any time via whatsapp but the formal check in is only once a month so you will need to be fairly self motivated in terms of doing your programme and sticking to nutrition. The monthly check in will go over wins for the month, anything that held you back and goals for the new month as well as sending you a progress report.
12 week coaching programme (one off payment)
£200
This programme is a one off 12 week bespoke programme designed just for you and your goals. You get full access of my app for the 12 weeks and a workout plan as well as calorie/macro plan with nutrition tracking on the app. You will also get my full recipe pack with high protein meals and snacks.
There is no check ins with this programme but you may contact me with the in app messaging any time with any questions or help.
This is great if you’re self motivated and looking for an experienced coach to level up your training and nutrition and help you achieve a certain goal such as weight loss, building muscle or body recomposition.
Once you have finished the programme you also have the option to go onto any of my 1-1 coaching tiers or repeat another 12 week package.

Strong Mama tribe is more than a virtual coach - it’s somebody in your corner cheering you on. It’s an experienced trainer with 11 years of knowledge coaching women, programming your workouts specifically for you and your goals. It’s a coach who knows how difficult motherhood can make it to workout and eat well, but also how incredibly important it is that you do. Someone who understands the challenges you may face and can help you to overcome those. Everyone has a different version of motherhood, some have more time and support than others. Know one understands better than me, a single mum who has done all my workouts with my child with me, that it is not always as simple as discipline or ‘getting it done’. I’m a coach who can empathise but also motivate you that with the right programme and support - you can still achieve everything you want to achieve.
About Demelza
I started coaching 11 years ago. I was so passionate about bringing a holistic approach to health and fitness. I saw all the fad diets, women being sold lies and wanted to be the change. I built a very busy, successful business in two different gyms and had many amazing transformations - not just physically but so many amazing women who now enjoyed training, knew what they were doing and also knew how to eat to fuel their body and have a healthy body fat.
Fast forward to me becoming pregnant, a pandemic, becoming a single mum and wow I’d been through a lot - but I was even more determined to help women similar to me. Mums who wanted to workout and eat well but just didn’t know how to fit it in and what they could do at home (or the gym). I created Strong Mama Tribe with you in mind - the busy, burnt out Mum who just needs permission and help to actually prioritise yourself a little.
Someone with experience coaching postnatal women that can help with symptoms of prolapse, weak core and diastasis recti. Having trained at home for 4 years with my child and now taking him to the gym with me and doing a combo of home and gym, I know what gets good results - I know how to make quick workouts that are actually effective and not wasting your precious time.
